I have looked into the issue and it seems that Fallout 3 had an issue with crashing when attempting to run on a computer with Intel HD graphics.Ībove is a link to a mod that allowed a workaround for Fallout 3. I can get the final specs on his comp later, but for now the ones that matter: Similarly the same thing happened with Fallout 3. After the menu at the start appears and he attempts to start the game, it crashes. He just is running into an issue where he cannot play the game at all. My friend is attempting to run Fallout 4 on his laptop which is a couple years old, but should still be able to run the game at very low graphics.
